Xiaomi Mi Router 3C, Mi Wi-Fi Repeater 2 get price cut in India
The Mi Router 3C is the first smart router of the company launched in India and it can be controlled using the companion Mi Wi-Fi smartphone app. The device comes equipped with high-performance antennas, each with a dedicated PCB circuit. It has a 2-transmit, 2-receiver antenna design, which the company claims to improve Wi-Fi range.
The router can connect up to 64 devices at a time and offers 64MB of RAM and 300Mbps wireless speed. With the help of the Mi companion app, users can easily setup and manage the device. The app also offers easy access to real-time monitoring of bandwidth usage. Pre-configured guest sharing of Wi-Fi passwords and parental controls can be done as well.
On the other hand, the company launched the Mi Wi-Fi Repeater 2 in India last year in June. The device allows users to extend the coverage of their Wi-Fi network. Using the device, users can connect 16 other devices at the same time.
