For the help of visually impaired i.e. blind, the government will soon launch a mobile app that will detect fake notes. The responsibility of making the app is given to the Reserve Bank of India. If there is any doubt about any note, you will know immediately whether it is real or fake. There are eight million people in the country who are either blind or have difficulty seeing them. This move of the RBI will help these people.
Counterfeit notes in the market
Let us note that in the current market, note of 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500 and 2000 rupees are in circulation. Apart from this, a note of Rs. 1 rupee is issued by the Government of India. How RBI Works
The central bank has said that the mobile app should be able to recognize the valid notes of the Mahatma Gandhi series and the Mahatma Gandhi (new) series in front of the mobile camera or passing it in the front. Apart from this, this mobile app should be worth searching through voice in any app store. The Reserve Bank said that the app should be able to identify the notes in two seconds and it should be able to work without internet.
In Hindi and English
According to the central bank’s proposal, the app should be able to make notifications with multilingual and voice. At least the app must be in Hindi and English. If this happens then the app will support both Hindi and English languages. Explain that cash is the most important means of transactions in the country.
