PUBG MOBILE will get Prime, Prime Plus subscriptions, to make earning UC more simpler
PUBG MOBILE has been long expected to feature a special subscription-based service to help loyal players gain access to exclusive elements of the game. Late last year, it was speculated that PUBG MOBILE would get a Prime subscription for letting players earn in-game UC via simple tasks. However, the rumour died down soon after in the shadow of the Vikendi update. However, rumours about the subscription-based system have crept up again.
A recent media report now states that PUBG MOBILE will indeed get a subscription system. However, instead of a single plan, Tencent will bring two subscription plans to the game. The first one will be called Prime subscription and will offer subscribers 150UC at the start. Players will also gain other kinds of rewards such as IDs and some UC points when they log in to the game. The Prime subscription will be apparently priced at $0.99 per month (approximately Rs 71).Read more ↓
The second subscription model will be called Prime Plus and will be sold for $9.99 per month (approximately Rs 710). However, Prime Plus will have an introductory price of $4.99 (approximately Rs 355). The premium subscription will offer 300UC as a bonus and reward with 20UC upon daily login. Players will also get an ID card, room card, and a crate coupon.
The information was broken by popular YouTubers Mr.Ghost Gaming and Allthenewsisgoodnews. These people claim the new subscription model is already available on the KRJP server, albeit in a slightly different way. There’s no official date of this subscription system making it to the Indian servers or their global server as of now. However, since PUBG MOBILE has millions of players around the world, Tencent could be implementing it sooner than before. The subscription model will help Tencent reel in more profits from existing players around the world.
Presently, the most anticipated update expected to hit PUBG MOBILE is the zombie mode. The zombie mode is supposed to be introduced to the game as a way to celebrate the release of the popular zombie shooter franchise Resident Evil 2. The zombie mode is supposed to be an addition to the arcade mode of the game and offer an additional zombie shooting mode to the game that is present on millions of smartphones and tablets.
