NEW DELHI: As Gadgets Now reported earlier, Nubia is set to launch a new smartphone in India. And now, some new details about the handset have been revealed by our industry sources.

According to our latest information, the upcoming Nubia smartphone will likely be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 SoC. It’s expected to have a 13MP rear camera with dual LED flash, in addition to a 13MP front-facing snapper with an Exmor RS sensor. The handset is also expected to come with a large 5,000mAh battery.

If earlier leaks are to be believed, the upcoming Nubia smartphone will have a Full HD display of 1080×1920 pixel resolution and run Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
The device is expected to have 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, expandable further up to 128GB via microSD cards. It will also offer 4G VoLTE support for better connectivity.

Recently, Nubia launched its Z11 mini smartphone in India. Priced at Rs 12,999, the smartphone has a 5-inch Full HD display of 1080×1920 pixel resolution. The display is protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 to protect the device against scratches. The dual-SIM device runs Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system out-of-the-box.
Nubia Z11 mini is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor paired with 3GB of RAM. There’s 32GB of internal storage, further expandable up to 200GB via microSD cards.
The USP of the Nubia Z11 Mini is its 16MP rear camera. Paired with a single LED flash, the camera has a Sony IMX298 sensor, phase detection auto focus and 3D noise reduction features. The handset also has an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies. Connectivity options of the Z11 Mini include 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS, with a 2,800mAh battery rounding off the spec sheet.
